MAC Sports will work with Client to develop a strategic sales and distribution road map. This road map will include step by step implementation amongst equestrian industry sales channels. Depending on the success of each step, MAC Sports will work to connect Client with the next channel on road map. As noted above, MAC Sports cannot guarantee the listing or adoption of Client's products to the sales or distribution partners. MAC Sports will be entitled to a 5% commission on margin of products sold through sales distribution partners developed by MAC Sports.
