Cancellation Policy
Nomonos Mobile Recording Studio Equipment Rental Policy By renting the Nomonos Mobile Recording Studio, the Renter agrees to these terms. Failure to comply may result in additional fees or legal action. 1. Rental Terms & Payment The rental period begins at setup and ends upon retrieval by our technician. Late returns incur additional daily charges. Full payment is required before rental; a refundable security deposit may apply. 2. Equipment Use & Responsibility Equipment must remain in Wellington, Loxahatchee, Lake Worth, or Palm Beach and be used only for its intended purpose. The Renter is fully responsible for the security and proper care of the equipment during the rental period. 3. Damage, Loss & Theft The Renter is liable for any loss, theft, or damage while in possession of the equipment. Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit or billed separately. Theft must be reported immediately with a police report. 4. Technical Support & Malfunctions Our technician ensures proper setup. Report malfunctions immediately. Unauthorized repairs/modifications will result in penalties. 5. AI-Enhanced Editing & File Delivery The Renter will receive an AI-enhanced edited file after recording. We are not responsible for lost recordings due to user error or failure to report issues. 6. Cancellations & Refunds 24+ hours before rental: Full refund. Within 24 hours: 50% refund. Same-day cancellations: No refund. 7. Liability Waiver The provider is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or financial loss resulting from use of the equipment. The Renter assumes all risks.
